Two sleeve versions exist: one (this) with a paper foldover sleeve, printed on medium-weight coated paper. Some copies include small 3″x4″ inserts with photocopied collages, and some have an address stamped on the inner sleeve (P.O. Box 784, Northridge, CA 91328).

The sleeve for [r8217283] is printed on heavy cardboard: some copies include a photo of actor James Mason.
