Notes:
Second release.
Original matte thin paper sleeve but with no glow-in-the-dark ink added. Printing goes all the way to the edge of the sleeve, unlike the later final pressing with a white border.
Front in very dark purple, almost black, rear in orange color. Labels are orange and black.
