The release was originally issued in a shrink-wrapped ‘12’ die-cut sleeve. A first sticker on the top left front of the shrinkwrap, reads the release format, a second, right bottom backside, two identifiers. It includes a white die-cut inner-sleeve with cut corners. On the runouts, ‘1010 A1’ and ‘1010 B1’ are etched ‘ I0Io Al ’ and ‘ lolo Bʹ ’.
